Charlie Haywood
Co-Founder
Charlie is a Stanford Computer Science student researching AI and working as an engineer and private pilot. In 2019, he founded Dream Catchers Education, empowering students across 10+ countries through partnerships with the United Nations, LearningPlanet, and Nicolás Fund for Education. He raised over $19,000 for Ukrainian refugee students, demonstrating his commitment to accessible and equitable education.
Diego Andres Raygada
Co-Founder
Diego is a Stanford sophomore studying Data Science with software engineering experience at Amazon and nonprofit work supporting underserved Hispanic students in San Diego. These experiences revealed both technology's transformative power and the persistent gap in student support—inspiring him to build Rumbo as a solution.
